Dr. Amy Rodriguez Tackett is a coach, professional trainer, researcher, and consultant dedicated to advancing neuroaffirming, culturally responsive, and evidence-informed approaches to wellness. Drawing from more than two decades of experience across psychology, coaching, research, quality improvement, and professional training, she helps individuals and organizations cultivate more authentic, integrative, inclusive, and person-centered practices.
She is the co-developer of the Integrative NeuroAffirming Framework (INAF) and the developer of the Re-embodiment for Wellness Approach, an evolving model that integrates embodiment, nervous system awareness, relational attunement, and authenticity into practical frameworks for growth, learning, and meaningful change.
Collaboration
Every organization and professional context is unique. We begin by understanding your audience, goals, current practices, challenges, and the communities you serve. Together, we identify opportunities for growth, alignment, and meaningful change.
Research-Informed + Practical Learning
Education is designed to move beyond awareness and into application. We integrate cross-disciplinary research, decolonized psychological frameworks, diverse lived experience, and practical strategies that can be incorporated into everyday work.
Expanding Perspectives
My work invites professionals to examine and challenge how assumptions, systems, and traditional frameworks shape the way we understand and support people. Through a neuroaffirming and culturally responsive lens, we explore new possibilities for creating more inclusive, authentic, and effective approaches.
Tools for Continued Growth
Participants leave with practical frameworks, reflective questions, and resources that support ongoing learning and practice.
The goal is not simply to learn something new, but to develop ways of thinking and practicing that continue beyond our time together.
